Purchased this chair to replace old office chair. Overall good buy. Price is reasonable for the quality.
Cons : arms are hard to install due to mismatch of screw holes. You need to apply extreme pressure to get them aligned. Also wood scratches very easy.
Very comfortable, but the wood on the right armrest came damaged. I glued it back into place and didnt feel like dealing with having to send it back because I needed a chair but I was very upset about the damage. Especially since I paid as much money as I did for something that (I hoped) wouldnt have such an issue. Satisfied with comfort, very dissatisfied with the state it was delivered.
This is a Great chair. I read the reviews on this prior to buying the chair and some reviews were poor.dont read those. The chair was easy to put together, is very comfortable and stylish, and is very sturdy. I definitely recommend!!

Since I posted my original review, I have contacted customer service and they have handled the problem very well. Sending me a new seat cushion.
Very nice looking chair especially the wood arms and base. It was easy to assemble though it is heavy due to the wood so a bit awkward putting it together. The seat and back are quite firm which is good. Separate levers for tilt and lift also nice. I havent had it long so cant comment on durability. I am 511 and the chair fits me nicely. Chair arrived on time and in good condition so no issues with that. So far I am pleased with the purchase.

Ive read a bunch of reviews and was informed that is a good brand, and I fully believe it, because THIS IS A GOOD CHAIR. The leather feels so plush and squishy, you sink in gently when you sit down and its just all kinds of blissful comfort. Youll want to take a nap in it, its so cozy. There is definitely a lot of room in the seat, my husband has 2x the space he needs to sit down, the legroom is great. After getting this chair, hubbys back problems had gone away instantly as its the perfect fit for his height and has good back and leg support. The armrests are also nice and cushion/y. Itll take a bit to put together, but its all worth it for this luxurious chair!
