have had this chair for almost 2 years looks like new still spend at least 5 hours + a day in it have no issues with the bonded leather still looks new
Impressed! Delivery was early, 3 instead of 4 days. Assembly and instructions were very simple, took 30min to put together . Chair is firm and feels durable. Very comfortable. last but not least looks great
Product had several issues, one area lower back support area had some leather discoloring with orange spotty marks, there was a small tear on the top of the chair, the screw in area of the arm rests did not seem to be stripped and the arm rests are loose
The chair is comfortable enough but I would assume if the add is for a brown chair and I ordered it I would not want a black chair which is what I got. Because of the large problem involved with attempting to return it I am going to keep something I do not like. Every time I look at it I will be reminded of how is unable to get an order right. Next time I will but my chair locally.
Fairly comfortable chair but after 3 and a half months the piston is gone. Thisis supposed to be a big man chair. I expected better for a 270 pound person. Id replace the piston but Id have to get a machine shop to press the old one out. Not worth the problem.
I bought this chair a little over two years ago and I am impressed. I am 66 and about 280 and this chair is comfortable and sturdy, definitely worth the money. There is basically no wear and this thing gets used for about 7 hours a day, 50 weeks out of the year. Just sent the link to my son since he was looking for an office chair. I did add a bamboo pad to the seat for a little airflow on those warmer days / overall great chair in my opinion.
