We purchased this product for a bathroom remodel and had it professionally installed. It’s been fantastic has great pressure on the shower head as well as the handheld. Best part is looks so sharp and luxurious!
I am dissatisfied that the hand held piece is not Mayte black as pictured and instead brushed nickel. I would like a replacement as this does not match my hardware and finishes.
UPDATED REVIEW: I received a response to my initial review and the problem was fixed. I received a black replacement and customer service was amazing. Thank you.
But the problem is, I like having a handheld to clean those...yknow...private areas that a rainfall shower head cant get to. So now I have the best of both worlds here! I am not one that could tackle installing this myself, but I have a guy that is great at tub and tile stuff. He had this installed in about an hour, cleaned up the tub after he was finished and soon after, I was ready to step in and try my new shower. OMG, this set is wonderful! The rainfall showerhead feels so good - I can imagine how amazing it will feel after Ive been out sweating in the garden for a few hours, to stand under that rain and let the sweat and muscle aches and pains just slide away. Washing off, shampooing my hair, the hand-held unit makes sure I get all the suds off - it is easy to pick up and put away. Before I had this set installed, a shower was okay - I mean, I felt good after getting out, but it was just, yknow, a shower. Now, it feels like a luxury experience! For this price, I feel as if I am staying in a fancy resort instead of stepping into my own shower! If I ever move, I will have to get another one for my new place...would be rude to try to rip it out and take this one with me, but I dont think I want to go without again...
This is a beautiful faucet system for my new shower! It has the look of a sleek modern fixture. I purchased the nickel finish. It was between that or black. The rain head has a tilt feature and a strong flow. Compared to other shower fixtures I considered the cost was surprisingly less, yet it looks very expensive. My contractor had no problems installing this shower system. I love the look and it compliments my shower nicely. I’m extremely pleased with my purchase!
