I had my concerns as this is not the kind of thing where you want to ship back. I received the package and was pleasantly surprised. I had my wife help me carry it into the house and I was pretty impressed after unpacking it. It was well packed with good plastic corner protectors, think hard-board long corner edge guards along the height. The bottom had a also foam and hard board edge guards. No dings no dents on the way here and the KEY is the bottom did NOT scratch my hard-wood floor.
As for metal thickness, its not a safe ..Its meant to protect your firearms from people casually getting to them. If youre looking for a hard-core safe..youd have to pay thousands. This was good quality for the price. I usually refuse to pay shipping on most purchases so that any seller has to fret about the returns but this one was worth paying for.
Combination safe works fine..Was a bit confused on how to find the reset button but no lag on the lock and pretty easy to program.
Overall, Im very satisfied. It would be a tight squeeze for 5 guns. I have 2 scoped riffles and a shotgun stored. It has a good amount of storage and is sturdy. It is a cabinet, not a true safe. They sent the door organizer free after purchase. I would recommend to anyone looking to lock up their guns.
Overall this safe does exactly what its supposed to for a fraction of the price of other more expensive options. I keep 2 handguns on the top shelf and 2 longer guns on the floor area plus around 20 boxes of ammo. There isnt much room for anything more than that so if you have more than 4 guns to store this may not be large enough. The separate locking compartment is especially useful for documents or cash. The first one I received was actually damaged on the door and the seller was very responsive and sent me a completely new replacement unit. Overall very impressed.
Item arrive and was packaged and protected fantastically but still somehow got a small dent in the side panel. Contacted customer service and they rectified the problem immediately, fantastic service. The safe is very sturdy and well build construction. Professionally packaged and the delivery ladies actually pulled the pin on our screen door to open it far enough to get it away from the elements, and put everything back together when done. AMAZING!!! Heavy duty safe and will feel more secure having our guns tucked away safely inside. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the product and even more highly recommend the company!
This is a great gun safe that easily can fit a few long guns and hand guns. It has a convenient removable adjustable shelf that you can adjust depending on the length of your guns and keep ammo on it. You also have a lockable area inside the safe where you can keep handguns or other valuables. But best thing about this company is their customer service which was fantastic!!! I had a small issue and they reached out to me on the evening of delivery day which happened to be Christmas eve and made it right!!! Omg...where do I start. I bought this for my husband for Xmas you should of seen his face when it got delivered. Hes 65 a avid hunter hes never owned a gun safe before. This safe is Amazing! Now he can fit all his guns, ammo, documents more. It has a shelf a separate lock key box. Not to mention the easy control panel on the front with keys included, battery pack with batteries mounting hardware. What more do you need? Its made real well, sturdy sleek! Dont hesitate, just buy it now!

This safe has worked great! Shipped sooner them expected, no damage on arrival, packaging was solid and set up was really easy. Without securing it to the wall it was front heavy with the door open. But once we secured it, it was great. No concerns yet. I also emailed the company with some questions and they responded the same day!
