I bought this gun cabinet based on all of the other great reviews. I have had this cabinet for several months and misplaced the owners manual. I emailed the company at their support email. To my surprise I had a response in less than 10 minutes (mind you this was after 9pm). I am so impressed with this company, I intend to purchase more products from them in the future. I have no complaints with this product and it does exactly what it was intended to do. Keep my rifles safe and out of reach of the wrong hands.

For the price its basically unbeatable. The shelf is great for storing smaller items. The internal locking cabinet is also a superb feature. But best of all, beneath the two of those there is still space for your average rifle and more. Have not tried scoped rifles yet but I dont think that would be a problem. My only complain is it seems a little top heavy and not sturdy, but using the supplies hardware to tie it to the wall resolved that issue quickly
Returned - Rifles were taller than space available with unremovable handgun lock box at top of safe. Paid some shipping charges to send back proving difficult to find a safe that allows for long guns (approx 50-51 needed)

I wish it were a little sturdier. I had to bolt it to the floor and wall to get it really stable.
This safe works great! Fits my firearms perfectly, extra space for documents and ammo, and the customer service team is great. After registering my safe for its warranty I was contacted by their customer service team who offered me a free safe organizer. Which was a wonderful addition to the safe offering extra storage for handguns, more ammo, or just to store some other valubles. The lock is simple no fancy thumb print safe but its easy to use and holds just fine.
I really like this safe. It is definitely not designed to stop theft, but more like keeping the kiddos from getting into things they shouldnt. Treat this more like a very good gun cabinet.
One thing I would like to point out is that if you have rifles with a pistol grip, they will fit, barely! If you add a scope or sight of any kind you will have to turn the rifle to close the door. Which means fewer guns.
Also, if you have tactical shotguns with pistol grip you will need to buy some padding to place on the walls of the cabinet as they will be too short to reach the existing padding. (kel-tecs, etc.)

This safe is perfect for my needs. It fits nicely into the closet under the standard shelf and rod, bolts easily to the wall, is mechanically solid, operates as specified. I had one little issue with a plastic part that was broken upon delivery but it was a part that I didnt need because I dont have a requirement to lean a rifle sideways in the safe. I mention this because I contacted support to find our functionally what the part was for and did I need it. They responded very quickly and were friendly and professional. Good company with very good customer service.

Pistol grip rifles
I really like this safe. It is definitely not designed to stop theft, but more like keeping the kiddos from getting into things they shouldnt. Treat this more like a very good gun cabinet.
