I received my safe and there were no issues with it. The instructions were clear and the batteries were easy to install. The security key provided in case the electronic lock has a problem, provides an extra level of safety. The locks work good and adding my personal security code worked well.

I needed a small footprint safe to put in my house to store weapons and other items. The Moutec had great reviews, so I compared them with other safes, and found myself drawn to this particular model. It was delivered on time with no issues or defects. The safe is well built, sturdy, and fits perfectly in my closet. I registered my Warranty and Alan from customer service contacted me within a day (this was on a weekend mind you) to thank me for my purchase and to offer any help assistance I might need. Great customer service just made my purchase feel even better.

Safe comes fully assembled all you have to do is install the batteries. Mine does have a small dent on a back corner that probable occurred during shipping. Will probably order more as my needs grow.
Safe has plenty of room, yet its still small enough to be placed discreetly out of the way. Locking system is easy to program. Also has a smaller lockbox inside the safe to keep ammo, pistols or any other small items you may want to lock away. Delivery was super quick, safe came about 2 days after order was placed. It is light and I would recommend securing it to a wall or floorboards.
I really love this safe. It was packaged extremely well and came without damage. Getting the safe out of the package took longer than setting up, which is a good thing. It came with ample amount of keys, and theyre even serialized so you can get a new one from the manufacturer if you ever lose them.
The internal lock box is a nice touch as well. I can fit a full sized pistol with a little room to spare.
I do with it fit my AR9 a little better, as the muzzle slots are a little high up even on the lowest setting. The removable carpet / cushion on the bottom is also a nice touch but I still used some of the packaging foam so that my rifles sit a little higher in the safe.
As far as the locking mechanisms, the keypad works flawlessly and is easy to use. Im not sure what the B function is - perhaps to have a different access code - but that wasnt explained in the instructions. The instructions by the way were very easy to use and straight forward. One thing I would have liked to see was a lighted keypad. If youre trying to access in the dark its somewhat difficult to access in the dark without a light.
Overall, the value and functionality with this safe is second to none and I highly recommend it.

Great gun cabinet! Excellent finish with very durable, heavy duty steel construction. Really like this added security for my home. Nice options allowing unit to wall/floor bolt down. The dual locking feature of a touch pin pad personal code or hard-key option is bonus. Additionally, the top box inside locking compartment is very handy. This is a great way to safeguard your firearms and valuables. It does exactly what advert says. The safe arrived in perfect condition and I had a little problem finding the red reset button (its inside the safe on the side of the door). But Alan of customer service was great help showing me.... and answered my question quickly. This easily keeps guns away from kids and people you want to protect and would take considerable time and effort for even a determined thief to get into.... it would be highly doubtful theft would be successful. For the cost, this safe is an excellent buy.

Worth the extra few Dollars
