Solid mat. Does not or look feel cheap. Was a bit tricky to get on. Originally thought it didnt fit but, in fact it does. So even if you think you know what you are doing USE THE VERY USEFUL DIRECTIONS(which are included in box)
Weve had our 14 trampoline for about 5 months and my kids absolutely love it. It was fairly easy to assemble with 2 people and it has held up very well through the winter.
Recently, 3 of the poles that hold up the net got bent, and I contacted s customer service. Their rep, Pearl, was super responsive and helpful. I expected to have to purchase the replacement poles, but she had them in the mail to us in just a few days AT NO CHARGE. Very pleased with their service!
I installed this on a trampoline I purchased 6 years ago from Sams club. This mat fit perfectly, and I was able to re-use the existing side netting. Would highly recommend this product.
This is a great trampoline. We have had different brand trampolines and this one by far is a great one. It is very sturdy as my son will truly wear a trampoline out. We do need to replace 2 poles and some bolts and customer service was very responsive. Jenna has been a great help.

Once completed though, the safety net will not zip closed. Hoping with time the fabric will stretch some and will zip shut.
