It came with two big boxes. It looks very heavy duty. I spent two hours to assemble it. The instruction is simple but VERY useful. Especially for assembling the springs. I assembled them by order first. Finally I failed, One side of the springs have pull it that way too much. I followed the instruction start with a cross first. Then it was much more easier. It looks very heavy duty. I jumped with son. A lot fun. I is much bigger than I expected. We love it.
My children love this trampoline and have tons of fun on it. We noticed a small abrasion on it, but Jenna with customer service quickly fixed the issue and sent us a new jumping mat. Great customer service and a great trampoline
Got delivered Saturday and we ONLY received THE NET! This was one of tao boxes in shipment. Very disappointing as my daughter has been waiting weeks for this to come in!
