Came in two separate boxes a week apart from each other and had to contact the company for tracking for the second box. Overall a good trampoline. Fairly easy to put together, however threading the net is very time consuming! Instructions are terrible, but not super hard to understand. My girls love it!
The assembly of this was done in about an hour and a half. I did it by myself but I am both tall and stubborn so I’m sure the time may vary person to person. The trampoline came in three separate boxes over the span of about a week and a half. It is strong enough for me to jump on and I’m over 200lbs. Good construction and it isn’t wobbly at all. The only thing that we don’t love is that the pad which covers the springs has straps to tie it down and part of them weren’t attached very well. I think two out of twenty came off when we tried to tie them but the other 18 were fine and secure enough. The company asked any questions or concerns I had quickly and politely. If we ever buy another one or have to replace the mat, we will use this company again.
This was a beast of a job to set up. The 14 frame was a struggle. Some parts slipped together easy while others had to beat together with a hammer. Then the other end was a bent up mess. Straightening there was needed and some grinding with a angle grinder to get those ends to fit. Instructions were not great and lacked info. We had to drill our own holes in one leg to mount the mesh cage. Quality unit and the misters are a grand addition.
This trampoline is well made and easy to install/build. My husband had it done within a couple of hours and then the two of us put up the netting very easily. The trampoline has great bounce, is not noisy or squeaky and the netting is sturdy! We have yet to hook up the misting system but will do that once it warms up a little more. We are very happy with our purchase! We have all jumped and it is a lot of fun! Great buy for the money.
Do it!!! This was a perfect quarantine investment. Good quality for the price, the net is fantastic and it was relatively easy to put together. Be warned that it comes in 3 separately shipped boxes so it took us about a week to get it but totally worth it. Love the color
Happy we bought this! I enjoy jumping for some exercise as well. Takes some time setting up but I feel the net is secure and safe. I recommend start tying the net at the zippers first.
the product itself is good , the assembly instructions were very poor . If I had not spent my life as an electrical / mechanical technician I would have quite puzzled and angry at the lack of clarity .
