Due to covid, it has limited my kids interaction with others sociably this year. More so, being stuck behind a desk and a computer all day has prevented them from spending more time outdoors. So, I decided to purchase a Trampoline and we are very pleased with the design and sturdiness. So far, this trampoline has attracted our close neighbor kids to join in the fun.
That being said, we did come across one obstacle during the installing process. However, was very prompt and understanding to our needs and met us with 140% customer service as a result we will purchase from them again.
Overall great product. It seems durable, sturdy, and the kids love it! I did have a few issues during the installation process where I had to refer to the video installation online because the paper instructions were not correct but other than everything has been great. Ive had it for a few weeks so far.
Im so glad we bought this particular trampoline. It is well worth the money. Very easy to assemble. This trampoline comes in 2 boxes and the parts for the trampoline and enclosure are mixed throughout both boxes. It comes with 2 sets of gloves a handy tool for attaching the springs....a plus! Our kids enjoy this trampoline very much!
The instructions were very clear and easy to use... unlike a lot of things I buy online! My family loves it and the netting was an added safety measure! Shipping was handles with care. Thank you
Easy to put together. Great price for what you get. Kids love it. I just amended this review to add that provided what is possibly the best customer service I have ever received. 3 days after installation the trampoline mat got a rip. I contacted to see if they sold just the mat part, and just in case, I asked if this might fall under their warranty. I dont know how the rip happened, and honestly, it is probably more likely that my kids did something as it is the product was faulty. I let them know I really had no idea how it happened and they stood behind their product anyway. They didnt have a replacement mat that wasnt part of the trampoline set to send, so they found an appropriate replacement, provided the link, and refunded the cost to purchase a new mat. Knowing that they provide this level of service, I would never buy a trampoline from any other company. I really cant remember a time that I have had a better experience dealing with a company.
Product was very difficult to assemble and the finished product didnt look much like the images provided. The black covers for the poles are pretty much useless and do not stay up. The blue spring cover did not have any ties or way to secure to the trampoline. And within a year the main frame has bent when at most 3 kids ages 6,4 and 2 were jumping on it at once. Combined they weigh less than 140 pounds. The basketball hoop is junk and has broken. Really regretting this purchase and poor customer service from seller.
We had an issue where a part of the frame got bent by an enthusiastic jump to the basketball hoop... I contacted the seller who immediately sent out a replacement part. We were able to swap out the piece with a little hard work to get the trampoline back in tip top shape. The only drawback is the basketball hoop. It caused you much jumping in one area that caused the issue with the frame, then it broke the same day. I did not wish to replace it.

Easy to assemble. Took my boyfriend and I approx 2 hours. The 14 foot one is plenty big!
