I just amended this review to add that provided what is possibly the best customer service I have ever received. 3 days after installation the trampoline mat got a rip. I contacted to see if they sold just the mat part, and just in case, I asked if this might fall under their warranty. I dont know how the rip happened, and honestly, it is probably more likely that my kids did something as it is the product was faulty. I let them know I really had no idea how it happened and they stood behind their product anyway. They didnt have a replacement mat that wasnt part of the trampoline set to send, so they found an appropriate replacement, provided the link, and refunded the cost to purchase a new mat. Knowing that they provide this level of service, I would never buy a trampoline from any other company. I really cant remember a time that I have had a better experience dealing with a company.
