For starters, I had a tracking number that said my 9 pieces would be delivered on Monday. 2 of the pieces arrived the day before, Sunday, and I immediatly contacted their customer service to see what was going on. They quickly replied with 7 additional tracking numbers, causing my confusion and panic to subside with easy. Their customer service staff was incredible friendly and fast. You cant ask for anything better.
Next up is the couch! All the parts are interchangable, so putting it together is very easy. You can get creative with it, you could easily buy more parts to change the functionality of it. I love it.
The color was exactly as advertised.
The couch is incredibly comfortable and supporting. Its both firm and soft. The storage is out of this world. It truly is a great couch. Everything about it.
It looks good, it makes the room look much larger than it is the way we layed it out. And like I said before, when our needs change and we use it in a different room/situation we can change it into something else.
Its a great couch. And I again, give credit where credit is due, their customer service is top notch! Easy directions.

The couch came very quickly (for me it came in a span of two days, it does state that on the shipping instructions) it was very easy to put together and I love how it complements my room. It is a firm, solid and well/made piece of furniture. Excellent product!
I panicked because only one box came the first day. But all 5 of the others came the very next day. The couch is awesome. Super sturdy and easy to assemble. I recommend a cover of some sort if you have animals but other than that its perfect. Bought two great value for the money, durable.

Easiest furniture i have ever assembled, several screws total and acceptionally modular design. Each of the sections has a large amount of space for storing literally anything from tools to blankets. As other comments point out its stiffer but thats bc of the storage and relative to couches with storage this is comfortable. Great Product.
I absolutely love this couch and all of the different things I can do with it. My parents came over and help me set it up. It was easy to assemble. One person could have assembled it on their own. It was nice having extra hands because it saved time. I like it.
Im moving into my first place that needed furniture which meant I had to buy a couch. Im admittedly very picky and knew I wanted something without breaking the bank. This couch seemed even better than the 3000 couches I was looking at considering it not only has the look, but function too with the built in storage. Upon receiving the couch (a total of 6 boxes which did get delivered in 2 separate shipments), my expectations were exceeded. This is probably the softest couch Ive ever felt and it looks like luxury. The customer service was also outstanding. One of the arm/back pieces had a slight mark on it (looked like the had probably just gotten scrunched from shipping), so I reached out to see if they had any suggestions for steaming or cleaning and they just shipped me a new piece all together. Would recommend this couch to anyone whether youre moving into your first place, or are in your family home. Amazing quality.

Customer service was very great to work with, although there were some issues with shipping and quality control, they rectified the issue swiftly. My missing section was delivered the next day and a replacement arm rest was sent right away. Im still leaving it at 4 stars due to the quality control on the parts but it really is a beautiful couch. One major issue was with shipping. The company had all the right tracking numbers but only provides one so when and FedEx tells you it was delivered to have no way of knowing if all the packages have arrived because they arent numbered and the customer doesnt receive all the tracking numbers, that could be easily resolved. Either way, I dont think youll be completely disappointed with this purchase.

Awaiting customer service and if the issue is resolved Ill update my review, but the price on this couch isnt cheap so I would expect better quality control. I am missing two back rests which means I paid for the more expensive couch but they didnt ship me the one I paid for. At least the color was right. Putting it together would have been simple had their quality control checked the tack welds on the pieces. Almost every metal piece is angled making them not fit in the wholes properly, which also leads to my next issue. One of my back rests had the holes drilled two inches lower than all the rest making the back rest stick up higher and not be flush with the bottom of the couch and therefore the leg cant screw in properly.
So Im missing two back rests and one that wasnt properly assembled where they are made.
Seems like a comfy couch my next biggest concern is how well it is sewn together. Im not sure how long the seams will last.
The positives are that the storage is great, though not very deep, and the fact that it is completely modular which is why I wanted it in the first place. Hopefully customer service can respond soon about the three back rests and I can be happy with this couch. Wow!! This was a great buy!!
Put throws over the bottom since my dogs think I bought it for them! Can put a piece from the end to the middle to make a bed when someone stays over. Love the extra storage! Very comfortable! Wanted a little darker grey. This is very light. Bought some Scotchgard. All in all Im very happy with it! Amazing!
