Customer service was very great to work with, although there were some issues with shipping and quality control, they rectified the issue swiftly. My missing section was delivered the next day and a replacement arm rest was sent right away. Im still leaving it at 4 stars due to the quality control on the parts but it really is a beautiful couch. One major issue was with shipping. The company had all the right tracking numbers but only provides one so when and FedEx tells you it was delivered to have no way of knowing if all the packages have arrived because they arent numbered and the customer doesnt receive all the tracking numbers, that could be easily resolved. Either way, I dont think youll be completely disappointed with this purchase.

Awaiting customer service and if the issue is resolved Ill update my review, but the price on this couch isnt cheap so I would expect better quality control. I am missing two back rests which means I paid for the more expensive couch but they didnt ship me the one I paid for. At least the color was right. Putting it together would have been simple had their quality control checked the tack welds on the pieces. Almost every metal piece is angled making them not fit in the wholes properly, which also leads to my next issue. One of my back rests had the holes drilled two inches lower than all the rest making the back rest stick up higher and not be flush with the bottom of the couch and therefore the leg cant screw in properly.
So Im missing two back rests and one that wasnt properly assembled where they are made.
Seems like a comfy couch my next biggest concern is how well it is sewn together. Im not sure how long the seams will last.
The positives are that the storage is great, though not very deep, and the fact that it is completely modular which is why I wanted it in the first place. Hopefully customer service can respond soon about the three back rests and I can be happy with this couch. Wow!! This was a great buy!!
