This is not the bean bag I remember from my youth. Its plush. Its quiet. The cover is soft and cozy. Id almost call it a luxury bean bag when compared to the ones in the department stores. The charcoal color is a neutral that goes well with our bold, colorful decor. I like that the cover is washable. It has 2 sets of holes in the cover that let air out when you sit down so that you sink in comfortably.
Notice that the woman in the picture is not reclining in the bean bag, but sitting up. Im on the petite side and it wont hold me in a sitting position. Thus I didnt get this for me, but for my kids to use when reading or gaming. My 9 and 11-year-old think its fantastic. If they could give it 10 stars they would.
It ships in a compressed bag and reaches about 90% of its actual size about a hour after opening. Its been a week and its probably reached its full 3 size. It is a bit heavy and bulky to move around from room to room so youll want to start it out in the room youll likely use it in.
Bought this for my 10yo daughter for Christmas. She is almost as tall as me at 54 and weighs close to 100lbs, so shes above average for age class. This item has not let me down. I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews that i would be disappointed. That is not the case. The chair is bigger than i expected it to be. My daughter likes it so much that she often sleeps on it! (As pictured). The chair expands back out to huge size after each use. The covering is very soft and comfortable as well as durable. This has been such a hit that we will soon be looking into buying the other sizes of these for the rest of the family! Even our kitty enjoys it haha! My one and only wish is that it came with a bit more extra stuffing, though i know it can be purchased separately. This is not a deal breaker.

I went ahead and ordered anyway and it turned out just fine for what we were looking for: extra seating in an already crowded triple dorm room. Its not so large it takes up a ton of the boys space, but someone could comfortably sit on it to watch TV. Its definitely not a size that could serve as a bed. My cat also loved it and was sad when it went to school.
This thing is huge and oh so comfy. I got this size for my 18 month old knowing he would get some use out of it over the next few years. Its big enough for me (on the curvier side of life) to sit in with no issues. Love the rich red color.
They need to send more filling. After days of rolling it around it has not fluffed up at all. I will have to get more filling to make this bag comfortable for my daughter.

Has a removable outer cover
We buy these for rental condo in Myrtle Beach. It is great for our guests with children. Our last one was obviously used frequently.
