Frustrated. Holes dont line up. Extras missing completely, expected that based off reviews. Contacted seller and will update after response. Everything aside quality seems great, very disappointed to not be able to test it.
Update 1- Seller Responded quickly and is sending new legs! Already shipped out! Extras still not here but I was informed they arrive in a separate package.
Update 2- Replacement legs and extras came in! Everything seems really nice! Slightly inconvenient to jump through the hoops to get it settled but seller was very helpful and prompt to respond. Just maybe dont buy it if youre needing it by a deadline. Overall happy.
The trampoline instructions are not clear, its more instructions an tips on how to jump than there is instructions on putting it together. parts were missing so we wasnt able to put up all 6 poles to connect the netting properly. Very disappointing
Happy at first they sent it to me incomplete but they responded immediately and they sent me the lights, the water hose and the socks that was what I was missing I am very happy it was worth what I paid
Assembled in about 2-3 hours by myself. The basketball hoop is nice for the kids and 1 of the only ones I found that is not material with Velcro attachment. The only issue I found was the process of connecting the netting to the base. They give you a bunch of string, that untwined, while trying to run it through the bottom of the net. I would recommend go to your nearest hardware store and purchase some zip-ties and use those to connect the net to the base. It is a lot more secure and easier to navigate. Other than the netting issue my kid enjoy this trampoline and Im happy with the purchase.
So glad I went with this trampoline. My kids love it was not hard putting together if you follow the instructions, very sterdy and worth the money. I have a teenager a 9 and 5 year old and there friends its perfect for all of them.
Easy to assemble and clearly written instructions. Im impressed with the build quality. I think because of the size the mat tension might not be as tight as the smaller versions but still tons of fun.

Terrible instructions, an missing parts

The directions are not very good
The directions arent very good I still cant get the net to go on properly.
it is strong
It held 7 10 YO girls. and 2 Fluffy adults.... No need to say more Buy the trampoline tool though for assembly, tool given is not enough.....
