Their customer service is the best. I had a problem I contacted them by email . In less then a day Angie emailed me asked for more information. In two days time I had an answer in a week I had what I needed. They were great!!!! Angie was fantastic. Great product at great price

We ordered this trampoline for our kids and they love it! It took a few hours to assemble but wasnt difficult at all. The ladder came with a bottom piece that didnt quite work with the legs (female connectors at the legs and bottom piece) but after contacting Brandline (who were the sellers at the time of purchase) we quickly received a replacement part without question. I would definitely recommend this trampoline and Brandline has been great to work with. Comfortable, and looks nice too.

Our kids love the trampoline. Unfortunately one of the legs bent during a bad storm and eventually broke. But Milka at customer service was very responsive and got a replacement part out to us within days at no cost. Couldnt ask for better service.
Strong and well constructed - I like how its relatively low to the ground - I also added the ground stakes after the picture was taken - its a nice trampoline!
Great trampoline so far! We love how the net is on the outer side of the springs, makes for more room! The shipping was super fast and even though we ordered it last minute it arrived within 3 days which was perfect because my husband was able to put it together ALONE the night before my sons birthday so he woke up to a trampoline outside!! Great surprise!
Weve had several trampolines over the years. I have 3 kids and it is rare that the trampoline is not in use literally every day in the summer. We love this trampoline and even though my kids are teenagers we would have happily purchased a new one when ours got bent in the last windstorm. I dont leave reviews but I was absolutely shocked that customer service sent us a new single rail free of charge when I reached out about the damage. I was prepared to pay or just acknowledge it couldnt be done and start fresh, which has happened in the past with other trampolines. Customer service is a 10, trampoline is awesome and we are very pleased with quality and value of our purchase. I highly recommend this product
This trampoline is excellent quality and excellent customer service . They are not kidding when they say they answer within 24 hours. This is fun for the whole family . I bought this one because of the great reviews and now I can see why it has the best reviews. Highly recommend- extremely sturdy !!
