Kids have been using the trampoline for a month or so now. Overall quality seems very good. Delivery of this item is extremely slow. Took close to 5 weeks and was missing parts. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. Overall rating is due to the delivery and missing parts. Daughter liked the birthday gift
Doesnt assemble easily. Instructions were not the best , blue canvas that covers the springs was torn at the seem in 2 places and could of had been put together better. Over all the trampoline itself is strong and I would recommend this product to a friend. Kids are really enjoying it over all.
My husband and I were able to get this trampoline put together in less than 2 hours. It was not difficult, but we took the advice to be very careful counting springs so we lined everything up correctly. The instructions were a little vague in some steps, but it was not hard to figure out what to do. Kids are enjoying jumping now.

Having the net around the spring mat makes it feel much more roomy. The net and net poles seem a bit flimsy. I am worried about wind getting the best of it (well see). Would be nice if it came with anchors.
As for the hoop, the backboard is solid as well as the connection to the net pole. But the rim is definitely cheap, I wouldnt suggest dunking.
All-in-all, decent product. A bit overpriced in my opinion. Well see how it does over time.

The safety poles could be a bit thicker, and have some sort of locking screws to hold them in place in the joints.
Also, change the basketball hoop so it is lower, just under the netting and this thing would be perfect!!!
Nothing is stopping the basketball from being yeeted outside the safety net sadly. The only thing I can complain about now is that.
I received two big boxes of trampoline parts, when we sat up the trampoline we noticed the lights, water hose and water socks were not in the boxes I received. I let the seller know I was missing part of my order, they let me know that the items that were missing was mailed out in a separate order so they would not get damaged in the shipping. was Correct, two days later I received my entire order.
