Shipment arrived as scheduled. It comes in four boxes and is fairly heavy. Assembly is fairly straight forward and will take a couple of hours. The completed bed appears sturdy and well constructed.
Note: This bed is tall. A12in. top mattress is way too high. Rx a 6-8in.
When unpacking we found a split/cracked top rail on one of the headboards. I contacted their customer service who, after sending them pictures and invoice, had a replacement on the way. Excellent customer service
Very sturdy and a beautiful piece of furnature for my teens bedroom!!!!! Also came packaged well with easy to follow instructions ...and in separated boxes for ease moving it into the house and the room I needed it in! Great buy! just what i need!
Purchased this bed for my 10-year old daughter to grow into. I was a little skeptical about purchasing such a big piece of furniture online, but after receiving it and putting it together, my concerns vanished. The assembly wasnt so bad, took me longer than anticipated, as I decided to take the project on without my husbands help. The bed looks great, Im extremely satisfied. will buy again!
The bed is good but they shipped it without parts, second time it was damage (,no appropriate shipping patting). But, once it was finally here... looks good love this color!

When the product arrived in flat boxes, I was a little suspect of what the final product would look like.
Constructing:
Fairly simple. This took about 2-3 hours all in.
Should have been less, but the room I was working in was fairly small. construct in the room where you are going to use the bed.
Everything was fairly straight forward. No major issues except which screw to use at times.
Use: bed and trundle has held up unexpectedly well. I thought my daughter would need to use extra care when having friends over. It is remarkably strong.
The one issue that we did encounter was the trundle mattress. It really only accepts a really thin mattress for the trundle. I think our mattress is right at the limit of the height that is stated in the description. Over time of moving the trundle in and out, the mattress would catch on one of the crossmembers that goes from the headboard to the footboard. Eventually, with the addition of linens on the bed, I forced the trundle in and broke the crossmember. This was a good thing in the end. I made a modification that allowed a little more room for the matress on the trundle.
Fortunately for me, I am pretty handy and this was a simple fix for me to perform. If this was not fixed and the cross-member were left in disrepair, it would have caused issues with the rigidity of the bed. It is important to the strength of the bed frame. I can see where other reviewers may have rated this low because the bed may have weakened.
Overall, I have been very satisfied with the purchase. Delivery was as expected. My daughter is still using the bed today. looks good!
