I am really surprised with the customer service of this seller. They go above and beyond for their customers. They have sent me all the pieces that i needed and even though the shipment came late from different box and dates ? Everything is there. Thank you very much ! 5 STARS !!!
UPDATE : Ive contacted them last week September 5th and wanted to return both if they wouldnt replace the front rattan pieces and the rusty slide rails. Theyve told me that they will get it from manufacturers within this week. Now it is Saturday already and i hope they will send it by monday to me.
I bought 2 of these. Both has rust in the drawer rails and they are very stiff. The wood in the drawers are cheap plywood. Very complicated instructions. The rattan are coming off and there is a green marker in one of the rattans drawer. These are their last batch and i think both of these are returned products.
I ordered two and theres an issue with one of them. One of the preassembled pieces on the bottom drawer was glued together backwards so the drawer does not completely close/adhere to the base of the drawer. The long thin slot that is showing outward should be facing inward to connect to the base of the drawer like it does for the top drawer. The set does not match now, either. Bummer.
No building instructions were provided so we had to guess how to build it. I also didnt like the fact that it was a veneer and not real wood a little disappointed. But after building it it is sturdy and it is cute of course if you dont look up close and realize its a veneer.
These were a bitch to put together and it took forever. Theyre not sturdy and the drawer gets stuck. Waste of money but I put it together already so I didnt think Id get my money back or would have to pay for shipping.

Drawer Issue

It's looks just like the picture and looks great in the guest bedroom. It was pretty easy to assemble. Took about 20 mins. I would recommend.
