I am really surprised with the customer service of this seller. They go above and beyond for their customers. They have sent me all the pieces that i needed and even though the shipment came late from different box and dates ? Everything is there. Thank you very much ! 5 STARS !!!
UPDATE : Ive contacted them last week September 5th and wanted to return both if they wouldnt replace the front rattan pieces and the rusty slide rails. Theyve told me that they will get it from manufacturers within this week. Now it is Saturday already and i hope they will send it by monday to me.
I bought 2 of these. Both has rust in the drawer rails and they are very stiff. The wood in the drawers are cheap plywood. Very complicated instructions. The rattan are coming off and there is a green marker in one of the rattans drawer. These are their last batch and i think both of these are returned products.
