The ad photo is very misleading. Im mad at myself for not reading more reviews before making this purchase. As others have said, the side rails are very low and arent much taller than the mattress. I pretty much destroyed the box getting all the frame pieces out and am very confident that this would never go back into the box the way it was originally packaged. I am out 100 and I guess this purchase will have to be filed as stupid tax. Very disappointed in this frame. It was very easy to put together and seems pretty sturdy, but it definitely is not a daybed.
My roommate and I followed the directions exactly and had it together in less than 30 minutes. The say team assembly. I agree it made it easier, however one person could in no more than 45 minutes. The quality of the hand tools included for assembly were awesome too.
Less than a month later having to use secondary supports.
I am in love with this bed frame! Ive had a before so I knew I would like this one but I was surprised how incredibly easy this one was to set up. In the last two years it seems like they upped their branding and put more effort into what is being sent out. I got great quality tools that Im definitely gonna keep in my tool box after. It only took me about 15/20 minutes to set up by myself and Im not someone who regularly builds furniture. Its sturdy and I know that it will last a long time.
This grandma put daybed together in less than an hour even though the first 2 stickers seemed to be reversed. Much easier than 2 other bed frames with individual wooden slats (from Wally/world) which I got years ago because of the storage options underneath. Also better instructions and tools than a certain Swedish store.
Their mattress fits perfectly as well.

I love this day bed, i use it for my she shed, its perfect and comfortable. I wouldnt recommend it for people over 60
