This is not a paid review, but the product still deserves 5 stars. We purchased this for our daughter for her big girl bed. Normally either of us can put together the items with minimal hair pulling, we even put together an ikea bed and drawers without killing each other. That being said, my fiance was SHOCKED at how simple this was to put together. She was able to do it in 15min, by herself, with NO frustration.
The instructions are pictures, but are very clear. Whoever wrote these instructions needs to write all furniture instructions. The pieces are numbered and the numbers coincide with the numbers in the pictures. You dont need multiple sets of hands to get it to stand together. The tools are provided to you, even a little alan wrench ratchet! The little locking mechanisms for the slats are great too and were literally a snap to put together.
The bed itself isnt very heavy and holds the twin that its recommended nicely. However, if you purchase the recommended one, know that its thinner than expected and isnt a snug fit to the frame. It works for us, but if youre expecting a snug fit it doesnt do that. The one that was recommended to us (through that bundle option) was the LINENSPA Premium Smooth Fabric Mattress Protector / 100 Waterproof / Hypoallergenic / Top Protection Only / Vinyl Free / Twin.
Its high enough off the ground you could even put some drawers or storage pieces underneath. If youre so inclined, you can also turn it so the back part of the frame acts as a rail for your child if you push the open part against the wall. but youd have to help them in/out because the rail does go the full length of the bed.
Overall this was a great purchase for the value and did I mention how easy it was to put together?
Absolutely love this bed frame! Really affordable and really fast shipping. My friend from out of town stayed with us for Thanksgiving break and we needed this bed frame and mattress asap. Assembly was very easy as well.
If you only intend to have someone use it occassionally, this will probably hold up fine. We bought it for a bedroom and its been in daily use. After a year the center front support is giving out. Might not have the same issue if you put it against a wall. Weve had to brace the support until we can replace the bed.
We got this bed to put into our office as a guest bed and it full/fills its purpose. It has a nice modern design and is surprisingly sturdy for the price.

Better than I thought
I bought this expecting it to be cheap, and am pleasantly surprised. Its for my 4 yo, but I still lay with her to sleep, and its perfect.
