I have only had this chair since May 2021 and have not been using it full time. In September 2021, the wood in the back shattered and broke apart making the chair useless. What a waste of money!!
After struggling to align screws in pieces, it was way low to the ground. I waited too long and cant return it. Only used 2/3 times, now its an extra large paper weight
The Chair was Easy to Assemble, Comfy but The Massager is Noisy in some modes, Sounds like A Wave in the Ocean. and The massage is Not very Strong or Deep.
For the Price So far, it is OK.
This product is not sturdy when you go to sit in it definitely needs to be sat on a rug moves very easily its not on carpet because the chair is so light. Really doesnt do massage just vibration in the heat is very light I was going to return this product but waited too long. aesthetically pleasing In my office so I will

this chair is perfect for me. i am only 5ft tall and my feet reach the floor

It is not very strong to get massage. it is low and hard to sit on it.
