The chair could use more padding and not a true massage chair it vibrates more than an actual massage. Looks good and decent chair. Fits a petite person well. Im 51. Definitely not for a bigger person.
Great chair for the price, nice (we have cats so the no cut feature is perfect for us.) Chair is not too heavy or bulky. My husband just had heart surgery, so the heat and help to stand feature is very useful. It also massages.
I am very pleased with the chair, it does what it says it will. Easy to assemble, and connect to power.

Lifting power is spot on
Chair is nice and lifts well. Even after a week we are still loving the ease it gives my grandparents to stand.
