Update: the company did offer me a 50 concession for the troubles I faced. So I will give them credit there. However I would have preferred the parts or a dedicated effort to address the issue. I was unable to find a good 3rd party wheel option and opted for a suitcase with a lifetime warranty and better build quality.
I really wanted to love this suitcase, and for the first year I did. The problem comes with extended usage. The wheels are a horrible design, and even though they are accessible, they can not be replaced (or at least replacements can not be sourced from . The wheels are the weak link of the suitcase. And thus the strengths unravel, just like the wheels they are placed upon.
I owned this suitcase for two years before failure, however given the ramifications of Covid on both my work and personal travel, I would say I got about a year out of it. I also try and take my carry on when I can rather than check a bag.
I will look for third party wheels, but the cut of the holes thusfar has been difficult to match.
She spent 6 months picking out the suitcase she wanted. When it arrived, she said, Its just what I wanted.
We havent been anywhere yet, but if you pleased her to this point, youre in good shape.
Pros:
/ the hard suitcase material provides extra protection in case it gets thrown around or if it sits in rain
/ 360/degree wheels make it even easier to move around
/ comes with a number lock for extra security
/ inside, there is 1 big pocket, 2 medium pockets and 1 small pocket to help organize your items
Cons:
/ easily scratched suitcase material
/ its hard to clean the inside (if needed)
I wont be using it until April so I cant really judge the maneuverability, but it looks like it will do fine.
My biggest concern is the wheels. I hope they will hold up because I will be walking a lot with this suitcase. It was very well packaged.
Update: used it on several train rides and it held up well. Only a few scratches which are hard to avoid if you have to put it in the trains luggage storage spaces.
This is a pretty cool little hard case suitcase. Ive been wanting to get a carry on size hard case for a while now and finally gave in. Now I want one in a bigger size too! And one for every family member. I actually got this to pack my two young childrens items in for quick trips but now Im hooked. We will see how durable they are in the long run and when really put up to the test.
I like that they dont fall over, they maneuver easily, have several nice interior pockets of varying sizes, and have nice color options (the blue/teal color is actually really nice! The locking option is a bonus.
Great product.

It holds a week of casual clothes.
Just what I needed to carry on and meet the airline regs. Easy to maneuver too!
Good for occasional travel

Great product with outstanding durability
All positives, no issues noted.
Great case
Bought for daughter who travels frequently. She states it is far superior to luggage she has been using. Great buy
Looks nice
