Bought it to free up space and it worked perfectly! We put a desk under and we lovee it. I had it built in no time flat and was just easy. I would buy it again.
I was looking to optimize my space in a small room and decided to go the loaf bed route and it 100 percent helped me to achieve that! The bed was easy to assemble and might require another helping hand when lifting! Theres no squeaking and the bed is absolutely is sturdy leaving the rest of the room available under the bed for a nice office space! Under my loaf bed I have my computer desk as well as a long table turns horizontally for all my hair care products, jewelry etc and managed to get a another small table with a printer under it as well! I only gave it 4stars, because I wish there was a opening into the bed once u climb up the ladder, but you also have to put your leg over the railing at the top to get in the bed the ladder itself as reported is very harsh on the bottom of your feet when climbing! People recommended tape and pool noodle for assist with that, but overall not big complaints! Would def recommend for small to medium rooms and it aesthetically looks cool!
Would not recommend if you have little ones. It does ke a little when going up and down the ladder plus the ladder is a little to far apart for little ones to reach. Other than that I lovee it. I have a full size bed with a table under it. Looks great.
I am in lovee with this bed, easy to assemble, brings everything you need and perfectly explained,we spend like two hours, if you do not find something or it does not look good, check and read again, because everything is perfectly designed and explained steps by steps, very useful, it has enough space to store your kids toys, and drawers, fun, my childrens get under and play, the desk is perfect to do homework, I am just in lovee, very nice, exceed my expectations
This bed was a beast of an assembly, thank goodness my kids helped, lol. I added RGB lighting to the underside of the bed, where her gaming setup is at. Shes got a pretty rad setup, shes super happy and Im super happy. I couldnt ask for a better bed for her. We placed her bookshelf under the loft area as it went pretty well with the aesthetic of the room/bed. Super happy with this purchase. Both my youngest girls now have super rad places to hang out.
I lovee the versatility of this piece. To be able to move pieces in and out made setting up my toddler sons room so much easier. The height is perfect. The bed is roomy. Enough room to set up a reading nook or play area underneath. Very functional with lots of storage. Another plus! Very sturdy and easy to put together. It is time consuming with many pieces but I actually did it myself and did just fine. Overall so happy with this purchase!! Would definitely recommend.
Wasnt sure what to expect since there werent many reviews at my time of purchase, but I took a chance because I liked the design and the price was right (even counting S H costs). When it arrived, the box was naturally a little heavy (check the specs for weight) but its to be expected since this is a metal frame bed.
The interior was neatly organized and tied with plastic zip ties. Every piece comes wrapped in light plastic sleeves to prevent scratching. Once all the parts were removed and sorted (make sure to look out for the two little support pegs, as ours got buried in the unpacking) assembling the bed with my wife was simple enough. The screws are well labeled and screw in smoothly and easily. None of that funky -like hit-or-miss assembly. Everything was easy enough to understand from the instructions as long as you take your time and pay attention to the bed pieces. What I really like is that the bed supports and everything are labeled with a little sticker, so theres added confidence that youre putting things in the correct place.
This can be assembled solo, as well, but its faster and easier if you have an extra set of hands around to prop things up while you join opposing pieces together. Its really satisfying to snap the support bars into the bed platforms, and finally, to stick your twin mattresses in and see the kids enjoy their new bed.
One thing that I would have probably appreciated was an opening where the ladder meets the top foot (or head) of the bed. Instead my kids have to climb over the railing, which isnt a big deal, and would probably have compromised lateral stability, but it was the one thing I thought of when the assembly was finished.
My final recommendation is to buy some furniture casters or pads for hard floors if youre not planning on bolting this bed to a wall (the bed includes separate screws and tabs for securing this to a wall). Casters or rubber pads will spare your hard floors and also keep the bed more stable when the kids are on it. Id still recommend these even if the bed is on carpet. Other than that I have no complaints about this bed. Its a good value.
Great space saving design. The pieces can be set up as seen in the pictures, or you can move the bookshelf and dresser to other areas. The desk has to be installed as is. lovee that theres an option to install the ladder on the left or the right side.
We bought two of these beds. My husband, with my assistance, assembled the first bed in about an hour and a half (not including the dresser which took about an hour on its own), the second bed took less than forty minutes to assemble, and the dresser took maybe half an hour... Every piece was clearly labeled.
Quick tips: lay all pieces out in rows with like pieces placed together, then follow the instructions step by step. Also, HAVE A HELPER! Its so much easier if someone can hold pieces while theyre being installed., I helped with the first, and my 6 year old and 9 year old helped with the second.
We made these beds custom for our kids by putting the bookshelves underneath the beds completely so they each have a cave with rugs and lights. We bought bunk bed organizers so they have a place to store tablets/booms/water/glasses easily. I also added a couple 3m hooks as well for them to store their robes on.
All in all these were fab finds for us and Im glad we bought them!

Good for older kids
