Overall putting it together wasnt bad. I think we all tend to get ahead of ourselves when following instructions. For us it was the small things like ensuring poles were turned in the right direction. By the time we figured out we didnt have them right, we were too far in and just rigged them. Looking back on the instructions, they werent clear. So pay attention to the holes and question what they will be used for later in the instructions.
Other than that. So far we are happy. This bunk bed is definitely for younger kids. Our oldest is 6, Im thinking by 12 we will need to go a different direction. We have slanted ceilings so our options were limited.
Overall we like the bed I just wish it hadnt been dented in and scratched in two spots. One of the spots is pretty much covered by the mattress but the other is on the front top post and because of the height of this design its directly eye level. My husband and I put it together pretty easily, it comes with a little bag of extra pieces thankfully because we were initially short on three different screws/plastic pieces but they were in the extras bag so not a problem in the end. Like I said for the price and it being the layout and height we needed for my kids room I was not disappointed but I wouldnt say happy exactly either.
Im only giving a 3 start rating because the manufacturer customer service and included directions were horrible. Received 1 defective piece upon arrival and when calling to have it replaced they make you jump through hoops to get a part. And the agent I received was very nasty. Once the bed was assembled its a decent product. Will update in several months after daily use
Needed something not as high as typical bunk bed. And a larger bottom bed for guests and my sons new 85lb German shepherd who sleeps with him. Took about 90 mins to assemble with 2 people. Sturdier than i thought it would be. Good product for value.

They were actually pretty easy to put together and instructions were great. Sturdy bed. I Weight 200 and I can get on the top bunk

My daughters love this bed. Its sturdy and easy to assemble. Love that its metal and has two full beds. Great value especially for the price.

Okay bed.
Looks pretty sturdy but does make noise. Industrial looking and the color is not soft grey like in the picture.
