came with deep scratches in several areas. Is sturdy and instructions were easy to follow. Was have out of state guest and needed the bed assembled so had to keep it. Beautiful piece of it wasnt scratched.
Well packaged and good and color coating. Very pleased with look at the assembly was fairly easy. Do pay attention to which bolts to use ( hint we did not) and it should assemble fairly easily. I was peasanty surprised at the lack of any rp edges and the quantity of supports. The go into cushioned slot so it was simple to snap them into place and then they stayed in place.
The assembled bed looks bed feels sturdy. No squeaks or movement of any kind during sleep.

Its great for my kids and they love it, but the wood planks that support the mattresses have been a problem and a pain. Half of them werent long enough and several of them snapped when my two year old (23 pounds) laid on it for the first time (top and bottom). We had to replace them for ones at Home Depot but since then its been great.
The screws supplied for the two little vertical bars that tie together the middle of the safety rails on the top bunk are too short. I had to buy 8 x 1/1/2 inch screws to properly fasten those two parts. See picture.
The Allen/hex key that comes with the kit is rubbish and started to strip out some of the screw heads. Fortunately I had a proper 3mm one that saved the day.
The wood had one saw mark and some other dings and scratches. I was mostly able to hide these imperfections by making those pieces face the wall. I recommend the plain unstained/natural look because these imperfections are less noticeable.
In my opinion, the beds need more cross s to support the mattress. They didnt break, but the mattress did sag between s. So I bought more for about 50 from the Wood to the World store on , product title Bed s Solid Pine Wood s Twin Bed Mattress Support Wooden s 39 in Long x 2.75 in Wide x 0.65 in Depth Pack of 13 Count Single Bed Replacement Parts Custom Size Cutting Service (Twin 39 in). They look identical and came with screws. I probably could have used shorter than 39 inch s, but I got them a little long and cut them myself.
Perfect but took more than a month to get here, we almost cancelled it more than once but waited because we bought it on sale and it was a good price. The bed is super sturdy, looks pretty, good height and quality too.

Good but took forever to get delivered
Perfect but took more than a month to get here, we almost cancelled it more than once but waited because we bought it on sale and it was a good price. The bed is super sturdy, looks pretty, good height and quality too.
Excellent product. Very sturdy.
Only downside was it came with zero instructions. Had to look at the pictures on to figure out how to assemble it.
