One of the pieces was damaged and even during this pandemic they got the corrected piece to us in a fair amount of time. This is exactly what we needed for our mudroom. The shoe cubbies are tight (actually not usable) for my husband and son (size 10/11 feet). But for the girls it works great!
Instructions were horrible, none of the parts were labeled. A lot of the pieces looked the same. I used the wrong piece twice and had to disassemble in order to correct, very frustrating. Took me about 2 hours. Looks nice once assembled, exactly as pictured. Doesnt seem the sturdiest but time will tell. Fits perfectly where I need it. Cubbies are too small for adult shoes, especially mens.
Definitely need several people to assemble this coat rack. Pieces are not labeled, have to be very gentle while assembling as to not break the delicate chip board Not as heavy duty as I wanted but it will work. Looks great overall / if you have small kids def. use the wall support anchors it comes with
I love this shelf. Its beautiful and sturdy. Its everything I hoped it would be. And the customer service is AMING! My package was missing two small wooden pieces and they promptly shipped them to me. I was very impressed with the company and how they handled everything. Highly recommend!
Fits great against the wall in the mud room. LOTS of storage. Finish looks rich and really finished off this room!!
cant wait to store hats, gloves, scarves, jackets etc when the weather gets cold !! Plus all the baby stuff at the ready for everywhere we go with baby in tow !!
