The shoe part is a bit flimsy and the instructions are a mess to follow, but once put together looks good. Mine got lost the first time I ordered, the second arrived weeks after the order.
I was really excited to find this product because I needed a slim option for a hallway tree. I read the reviews prior to purchasing and many of them are absolutely true. The product came well packaged with foam surrounding the pieces to ensure that they did not move during transit. None of the pieces were broken, although there were definitely multiple imperfections on many of the pieces. It is nothing noticeable once put together and they send a black marker to cover any spots. I didnt like that the pieces were not labeled which slowed down the overall process (which took two of us to put together). However, it looks really good once put together and I would purchase again.
We like the functionality of this product. It fits perfectly in our garage and stores shoes well. I can fit one pair of shoes in each cubbie by sliding them in tandem vs side by side.
We love this hall tree. Looks great, especially for the price. The only drawback is that we have tall baseboards and the notch in the back of this hall tree is for a standard, smaller baseball. So we made feet for the hall tree (painted 2x4s) to raise it up, and this did the trick! Our hall tree saves our dining room table from clutter: we keep our school backpacks and coats on it, so they dont migrate through the house. Great buy!
It came with a few cracks in the wood, but thankfully they were covered after assembly and didnt affect the sturdiness or ability to be put together. It fits perfect for what I needed! Still looks very nice!

The corner shelf color matched s pictures. Assembly was easy. It took about half an hour to screw together.
