These bunkbeds are incredible. Not only are they so cool to look at, but the beds are of great quality wood and materials. Our 6 year old son was beyond excited when my husband finished putting them together. I would highly recommend this purchase for anyone looking for great quality bunkbeds for a fair price!!!!!!
Was ordered for my five almost six year old however the boxes were damaged and so parts of the bed also had damage to them as well. Not very happy about that.
The bed takes a while to put together but looks great once it is. We cleared out the whole room to have all the pieces easily accessible when needed which I highly recommend. You do need to open all 4 boxes of materials before you start.
I have been eyeing this for MONTHS. I would add it to my cart and then take it out and save it for later. I would check on it at least once a week to see if the price changed. The price tag stopped me every time. We finally decided to go with a basic bunk bed, but three days after we ordered the basic one we had regrets and cancelled and ordered this one. We have ZERO regrets now. Its a BEAUTIFUL bed!! The instructions were very clear, we did not find any defects in the wood. All of the items were there. And it was very easy and simple to put together. I did find that it was much easier to use a drill than to use the hand tool they sent. It took the two of us about two hours to finish, but that was with two small kids running around trying to assist. One person could easily put this together.
It came in four boxes. Several of the larger pieces, like the top part, were already put together which was extremely nice.
Even though it was very pricey, this is the best price of any other website.
The only small thing we have to adjust to the bed is on the top bunk. The pallets have no supports other than the sides. On the bottom bunk there are two support beams in the middle. We have to add a support beam to the top bunk, which is not a big deal, but something to be aware of. Five stars from the whole family
I read that a full size mattress doesnt fit well and they were correct. I have about a 2 inch gap on both sides of the mattress. I didnt get a super plush, pillow top mattress for the bottom so there would be head room under the bunk. Word of advice is to keep the mattress under 10 thick or youll feel like youre going to hit your head on the top bunk. For the top bunk we kept the mattress under 10 as well so that the rails were still high enough to deter falling off. I have a 5 and 2 year old in the bunk beds. I really liked that the bottom mattress was low to the ground so I didnt have to worry about the 2 year old falling off. However, since the mattress doesnt fit well, I have body pillows cushioning/filling the gaps. Sometimes we still have to lay with our 2 yo for him to fall asleep and it can feel claustrophobic. Never had bunk beds before so not sure if thats the case with any bunk bed though. I was nervous that the wood wouldnt be smooth (I guess due to it looking rustic) but the grain is smooth. No splinters here (yet). My boys love it. Cute concept.

Amazing bed for the price!! My kids love it and it is sturdy! I can cuddle on the top bunk w my kid and it doesnt move. Definitely recommend!
