    Beautiful well made solid bed

I searched and researched a bed for my 7 ur old to use for the next several years… its SOLID made of SOLID wood. The underneath is tall enough for me (57) to sit under. And its pretty.. worth every penny! It DOES have a lot of put together steps so thats the 3 stars cuz it takes about 3 hours to put it together

Good my be able to get something better for the price

Bed is pretty nice, easy to put together, would be helpful if you have 2 people for some parts. it is pretty sturdy for how long the legs are but it would be nice if it had a cross beam or 2 to make it more sturdy but no big deal i plan to add 1 or 2 myself.

    Good value

My daughter ordered this bed and we assembled it together. Overall, the assembly wasn't hard for 2 people. The bed is sturdy and attractive.

    Wonderful Purchase

We have love this bedroom addition. The only thing is that the slide is a little more steep than the photos show.

My 6 year old loves her new bed

My husband had no problems putting it together. It is much more sturdy than I thought it would be. I am pleased with this purchase.

    Amazing !!

I absolutely love this bed and so does my daughter ! She has a pretty small room so this gives her all of her floor space to play with her toys. Ir was fairly easy to assemble i was able to do it alone in about a hour and a half

Packaging was intact but one of the pieces for the head rail was cracked upon arrival. The side rail could use some additional support, wouldn't recommend putting full weight on side rail when climbing the ladder.

Think twice. Not great for small spaces.

Update: I wanted to love this bed, but now I think I might actually regret purchasing it. Including updated photos I just took while my daughter was sleeping, so the lighting is low in those two pics. I wanted to make sure to give it time before reviewing and now that 4 months have passed the time has come. At first, I loved how sturdy it was. Took my partner and me 4 hours to assemble for our daughter. After assembled I realized that the slide came out farther than I expected, and that's when I considered returning it, but the unboxing is such a headache that it'd be near impossible to get everything back in place the way it came. Not to mention the box with all pieces is HEAVY. The main reasons I don't love this bed now are: 1) The slide is too fast and steep. Most slides you see at parks or on playsets are either elevated above the ground at the end, so a child can have that space to use their feet to stop themselves. Or if they're not elevated, then they have a lip that slides out parallel to the ground allowing your kid to have a smooth landing. But does this slide have those things? Nu-uh. It's a steep straight slide that digs RIGHT INTO THE GROUND. So basically when your kids slide down this super fast slide they'll seem like they're about to crash and tumble headfirst. So as you can imagine, that made my big and tall four-year-old a little afraid to use it (and she LOVES slides). The way I slowed it down was by cleaning it with a household Kids N Pets cleaner, but then it was too slow. So I took a little baby oil on a paper towel and rubbed it onto the slide and now it's just the right amount of fast. 2) Within 3 months the second rung on the ladder cracked. Now, the bed says it's rated up to 200 lbs, and the slide 97lbs, so I can only assume that the ladder has the same weight limit in between those ranges and should be able to accommodate my 3'11 kid at 57 lbs. . . but as I mentioned, it has a pressure crack that developed on the far right side of the rung. (I don't have a pic of the crack on hand, but I found one where you can see it in the pic of my daughter circled in red). Again, the design elements of this bed have room for improvement and the rung that developed the crack just so happens to be the one that isn't braced with screws. 3) If your room is small, you might really want to reconsider the slide option. As you can see in the pics it takes up a big part of the walkway, but unfortunately, because of the room's layout with the doors, this is the only way the bed can go. In case you're wondering, her room is 11x11 and we thought the slide would not only be fun, but a great addition to help my daughter hurry to the restroom at night when she wakes up. But instead, again because she's scared of how fast it is, she uses the ladder to climb down, which can be tricky when you're sleepy, and so now she's actually said how she wishes she had stairs instead of a ladder - which I initially wanted to buy, but passed up because the stair sets were more expensive, even without the slide. Anyway, after the pressure crack developed we removed the ladder temporarily and rearranged her room using the Ikea Trofast storage system as stairs, and wouldn't you know my daughter was so happy with it.

    Size is misleading

By their own description: Bed measurements are 81. 5 X 42. 5. A regular twin mattress length is 75. So there is a DEFINITE space at either the head or the foot of the mattress between the mattress and the bed. You can see the slat underneath! With space to the floor! The length of a Twin XL mattress is 80. This would be a better purchase, in my opinion, so there are no gaps. Other than that, very straightforward directions for assembly, all the parts were labeled correctly and present. no scratches or dings. Everything fits together nicely and it is not wobbly.
