Listen to the reviews that say the instructions/assembly are difficult! It took us two days to build this due to following the instructions. Things were mislabeled and pictures did not match up. It was really frustrating. Also, there are some dents and scratches in the wood but we painted over them and you cant even tell. Regardless, after we got it together it is so pretty and we love it! I would still suggest it even with the flaws.
My wife found this and was worried the color may be too dark pink, but it came out to be lighter than the pictures on . The pink is perfect for our daughters room and she loves the great bed.
and Im glad we saved over 1k from buying from pottery barn kids.
Easy to assemble and good quality. Obviously I wouldnt lay on it myself as a 61, 230lbs individual. But Im sure this can handle my 3yr old until she turns 8/10yrs oldand even then it looks like it would be fine.
It looks so great! It came extremely fast, my kiddos loves it I used a drill to put together, everything was a one person job, except attaching the roof to the top bunk. One of my favorite purchases from . The directions were so small though, but it was fun As a single mother, being able to put this together was challenging. My kids kept coming saying youre doing a good job Mom. I love it!
Per my husband who assembled it . the directions were not very clear send he and a buddy ended up winging it halfway through. They are decently handy so they could figure it out. But from my point if view its super cute for my toddler who we are trying to transition into her own bed. Im not worried about her falling out if it. It is a twin bed size/mattess fyi.
I love this bed my 3 almost 4 year old loves this bed anyone who sees it . Very easy assembly VERY if you get confused just flip it around lol . Great buy and also arrived sooner than expected
My package was missing the guard for the top bunk. Missing the railing for the ladder. Only received one railing to attach the ladder. Did not want to disassemble to return. Only want the missing parts.
Some of the boards were broken . And when you put in the screws the wood broke in a few of the pieces . I dont recommend it . Get plastic probably better ! It was OK!
The slats that hold the mattress break super easily. We replaced 4 within days of getting it. If your over 50lbs do not step on the great bed. My husbands knee snapped two and hes 184 and I am 130 and stepped on the edge to reach a monitor on the wall and one snapped. Then my father in law put his arm on the end to leave while reading a book and another one broke. Its made of the flimsy wood at craft stores. The side rails are disappointing because you have to screw them together so stability is an issue with the frame. Reminds me, I forgot to mention that the slats must be screwed into the frame which is not typical for platforms beds we have purchased. Were a military family so we move a lot, this will not disassemble for a move easily and will likely break. Oh and the side rails and foot rail are like super sharp/hard!! We had to line her bed with the foam corner protectors, like you use for baby proofing your house. Pretty ridiculous for a well known baby product company. The color is a dark blush pink, its not what I expected at all. i probably should have returned this bed but seeing that were in the middle of the desert on a military base secluded from resources, the process of return and purchase is difficult and my daughter needed a bed asap.
