has become the only brand I will consider for my kids furniture. The quality and safety standards are unmatched. This bed is no exception.
It was so easy to put together (clear instructions and parts labeled well), that I did it myself in maybe 20 minutes. All parts were very sturdy and well made. The wooden slats are supportive enough that a box spring isnt needed underneath the mattress.
The upholstery is very soft, and looks like a dusty rose color. My 3 year old loves her new bed and now I wont worry about her getting hurt if she happens to fall out of bed while sleeping!
This was a horrible purchase. The wood arrived damaged, though I think this was due to poor ups handling as the box was open when it was delivered. The wood was discolored! Certain pieces were a totally different color. I tried to put a few pieces together and it was awful. The little hex key included isnt enough. Its tiny and the pre/drilled holes are useless. Prepare to bruise your fingers with that tiny hex key.
It was so bad I gave up and contacted . Im not sure if were going to donate this, use it for firewood, or spend even more money to get paint to cover the ugly discolorations and screws to assemble it.
Bought this for a 12 month old grand son to transition from his small Montessori like floor bed. It was advertised as poplar, but looks like pine. Its smooth, but not smooth enough yet for say polyurethane. Half an hour with 320 or 400 grit sandpaper would cure this. Assembly takes maybe 20 minutes. All pieces are coded and an S shaped Allen wrench is included. This Allen wrench is annoying, since it is short and allows minimal torque. I used a longer wrench from another furniture some assembly necessary company. Overall it looks OK, but the screw head at the peak stays proud. Siblings have been told to stay away, since it has nothing to prevent sway.
Absolutely adorable, our daughter loves it. It is the perfect transition between her crib and a regular twin bed. Our only complaint is it takes some muscle to put together.
It is good. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Pieces of wood have labels.
However, my hands are hurting after assembling it. Had to take a couple of long breaks. Doable by yourself but consider asking for help if you can.
So far so good. I painted it white prior to assembly. We put it together very easily (follow the instructions carefully even when they seem wrong, they arent). I will do an update once my daughter begins to use it. Very very cute bed

Not bad. Not poplar.

Super sturdy and cute, but bring your biceps for assembly

Easy to put together and sturdy!
Bed too small
Didnt look like the picture, it did not come with a mattress, and it is only 9 inches from the floor to top of mattress.
