I love this filing cabinet. Anyone going through a divorce understands the need to have a place to secure tons of paperwork. With the wheels, im able to roll cabinet into and out of room. Recently, I went into a full panic as my curious toddler got a hold of the keys and poof they were gone. I had a court appearance and needed access to my paperwork without damaging my cabinet. My emailed them my mayday, I immediately received a response from . I followed their instructions and a new set of keys were delivered to me in very little time. Im so grateful for their wonderful customer service and highly recommend this product and company.
This product was exactly as described in the description. We had an issue with one of the wheels coming in damage but was able to reach out and get a replacement part right away. Highly recommend not only for a great product but for a great support team.
Great little filing cabinet comes completely assembled except for plug/in wheels. Ive been using it for a couple months and it performs flawlessly. Tip: Dont install the bottom drawer center wheel if you have carpeting. Works better that way. I would buy again!
First of all, the product is extremely well built and is sturdy like a tank.
Additionally, I lost a piece when between the time I assembled the cabinet and when the folders were ready to put in it.
