Bought this for my 2 year old who was climbing out of his crib. I wanted a floor bed with rails that he can get in and out of easily. Couldnt find one for a good price. Purchased this and cut off the legs. Its absolutely perfect for what we need. Was easy to put together (I assembled 90% of it by myself 8 months pregnant!).
Instructions were good and provided tools

However…… wood is weak and doesnt hold the nails in. Bolt sizing was off. Kind of wiggly and is definitely not made for adults. The wood pieces to hold the mattress are skinny and for now holds well.
3 stars and a 6/10 seems cheaply made but is still holding out and its been 3 months with no concerns of danger to the kids
This is great but I should have done some math. A 4x4 cube that is 11 inches will fit under it but not a 13. So I had to adjust. Still great, just wish it was a little taller.
This is a cool little bed! Easy to put together, took 2 of us 30-40 minutes (have a Philips head screw driver ready). We modified the bed as we needed something for the tent.
What a hunk of junk. I know its only $150 but wow it was so flimsy and the wood just split when attaching the slats and the wood is so cheap and soft it dinged up like crazy. Complete POS. Its garbage now.
It is a pretty good bed for the price. Took me a little over an hour to put together by myself. Sturdy enough for me (170lb) to lay with my almost 3yo at night while she falls asleep. I was worried it wouldnt feel sturdy but it does. She likes it a lot! Now maybe shell stay in it over night!
