Before the bed was in place it had a snag in the cloth. It seems if you look at it too hard before putting on clean sheets it snags. Poor material choice for a bed.
For full disclosure I am extremely particular about always having the bed with a plastic cover, mattress pad, then sheets, so its rare to have anything on the mattress itself. So how the snags have occurred is annoying.
It totally exceeded my expectations, this memory foam mattress is amazing, very good quality, very comfortable to lie on, no matter how heavy you are, it can support every part of your body when lying on it. My legs feel perfectly supported forever, and you can fall asleep in any position and still wake up with no back or side pain. Great product. It is highly recommended
We ordered this mattress after doing a ton of research on every mattress available. My husband is 510 and about 320 lbs. Im 54 and about 220 lbs 4 months post partum. I started having a lot of pain on our old mattress before I got pregnant at 190 lbs. After having our baby, it didnt get better and my husband was also in pain from sciatica and having issues with shoulder pain as well. Our old mattress was a Sealy Posturepedic and was used for about 8 years. The mattress came a lot faster than expected. We opened it and laid it out and left for the weekend. When we came home, we were surprised at how big it was. We tested out both the medium-firm and firm sides and chose the medium-firm for the time being. I will say the first week was an adjustment period, with lots of new pains as our bodies adjusted to a better, more supportive mattress. After that, no complaints really! My low back does bother me some days, but I also firmly believe thats due to my pregnancy and epidural during delivery. My husbands back pain and sciatica are MUCH better and I havent heard him complain about shoulder pain at all since we switched to this mattress. Prior, he was complaining all day every day. Weve been sleeping on this mattress for about 2 months and it has held up well this far. I take comfort knowing that if the medium-firm side gets too soft, we can always flip the mattress to get more support. If this mattress holds up for a couple of years, Id buy it again.
Looked all over for a full size comfortable mattress. After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. So glad I did!!! So comfortable and what a great nights sleep. Would highly recommend.
I was very impressed with the matress as soon as I opened the box.This mattress is compressed,vacuum sealed, wrapped in plastic and in a cardboard box. let the mattress expand within 72 hours. I purchased this because my mom was having back issues and I had a sore shoulder every morning. she so happy to get this mattress, she said it is really helpful. I thought this is right mattress for my family. Much lower price than the famous brand matress from retailer store And Highly recommend!

Easy set up!
So far so good! Easy to set up, much better than the old mid-century beds that were at our cabin!
