Arrived undamaged, inflated fully. My previous bed was a futon mattress on the floor and before than an old inner spring mattress. So initially this was like sleeping on or in a giant marshmallow. Now that I am used to it I like it very much. I use the firmer side.
This mattress was firmer than I wanted. It took a while of getting used to sleeping on. Now, I sleep peacefully every night. Its not so bad after a while and I feel like it will last a long time.
Been sleeping on this mattress for over a year now and its just as good as the day I opened the package. This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned, does not bounce or move when you or someone else moves in the middle of the night. The quality and craftsmanship are top notch, and actually exceeded my expectations.
This is my first thing buy a mattress for my new house!Im so happy !it is very nice and comfortable ,my old mattress too soft,when I wake up my back hurts,sleep no good.but since I bought this new try to few days, My sleep and back feeling better!now I really enjoy my new mattress!enjoy my life!
Soft enough for me ! Unfortunately, I have been in car accidents, Motorcycle accidents (never when I was riding my HD) as a passenger which is worst the passenger hits first hip, knee and shoulder, Im paying for it now ! I slept like a baby first time in years because of my physical damage I felt like sleeping was a challenge ? his bed is great I have NO PAIN The Cpplind jell makes a biityg difference does not make you cold at all ! I also h neck would sweat ave the cooling pillow (you can find it on ) but does indeed keep you from sweating out of control in your sleep, I had a king memory foam one of the first it was so warm this summer even with AC on? My neck would get really hot sweaty hot !! so uncomfortable ! that when I started looking for gel technology The prices were out of control but can you put a price tag on comfort? I always wind up on No company can compete with them but always check out the competition out of curiosity. This by far is my best investment and a GREAT PRICE I got the Queen so my king sheets would still fit actually fit this fabulous Queen bed better than the king-dated memory foam ! I highly recommend this bed I laid in beds not as comfortable for thousands of dollars, If things could not get better they did! I also bought From an adjustable frame ajustable frame. The head goes up which stops snoring and the foot part also goes up , I slept with my has my head tilted up and my feet also slightly raised I had no choice I had a platform king frame , I did not move all night My first pain-free night I can remember !!! the mattress alone is worth the purchase! the top is softer and contours to my neck shoulders spine and the price is amazing will not find better anywhere else!I , I am grateful for this site nothing else like it, Its unusual to purchase a bed online but I guarantee you would not be disappointed. This Mattress is superb
All 4 corners after 4 days have only gotten to 10 inches rest of the mattress is 10.5 to 11 inches. Not happy about this. Company says I have to go through how do you return a king size foam mattress once it has opened.

Could not sleep on it to hard put it in the trash
It was going to replace my water bed but it was so hard I made it one night my back heart so bad I put it in the trash junk

Great for people with arthritis
Works great for a senior woman that weighs less then 130 lbs. Arthritis pain has lessened at least 50% compared to previous spring bed.
Doesnt get to the 12 inches it should be
