Was very impressed with the quality. We received it with no missing parts or cracks or breakage. Recommend using a drill to put together it will be faster. My two teens love it and it is very sturdy. After reading reviews I noticed that the white set had more of the issue with cracks and I ordered the black set. I will update to see if any develops, but I cant imagine it happening since its so solid.
I bought this for my 3 year old and 6 year old. They really love the bed. It fits perfectly in there room and is very sturdy.
My husband put it together in about an hour.
My only complaint is that when we finally had the time to put it together a piece was broken from transit and the instructions were missing. But has a very handy website that I could download the instructions from and I was able to order the broken piece as well at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised to realize that this bed comes with a 1 year warranty. So thats an added bonus.
All in all this was a great purchase despite the two small issues.
Ps. I bought ply board for under the mattresses for support.
Holding up well after a year of moderate use. Was missing some screws so I had to improvise. Only major issue that REALLY annoys me is trying to put the sheet on the bottom bunk. The ladder is so tight against the mattress on the bottom bunk that I have to yank the sheet into place.
The bed looks great, the wood is a very knotted pine, being said once in a heated home it will crack and of course I have those cracks on the most weight bearing part the middle. Cracks occurred within 2 weeks and we reordered the two sides which have never arrived and it's been almost 2 months when they said a month-and-a-half ago it would be here. Customer service has not got back with us I will not be purchasing a bed from again. Save the money I bought a bunk bed seven years ago from Walmart and it's twice as sturdy taking apart five or six different times and moved and not once have I seen a crack.
My daughter loves her bed. Took my husband about a half a day to put it together and its pretty sturdy I do worry about my daughter jumping around on it and being roughy and how it will hold up but so far so good and you cant beat the price

Cons: Very difficult to assemble due to misaligned holes and missing parts. I had to order more wooden dowels because I ran out at the end while assembling the ladder. Wanted to love this product but it came with a lot of frustration!

Takes awhile to assemble, but this bunk bed is solid. My twin girls love it.

Box was open and we are missing half the pieces to put the bed together.

Awesome bunk beds! I highly recommend opting for the professional installation. Even the pro took 3 hours to put it together. It's a real job.

Junk wood, cracks,paint scruffs instantly.
