YOU DONT HAVE TO PUT THE ENDS OF THE FRAME WITH THE SCREWS FACING OUTWARDS!
I turned it around since the holes for the sides of the bed frame go through on both sides. In the diagram is has the wood panel with the four bolts on it. We reversed it and it looks way better.
Trundle wheels rolls nicely on the carpet.

Were using it for occasional grandchildren visits. We just had two teen girls and them having separate beds worked well. We did get pretty good mattresses, combinations of spring and foam, recommended by . They worked well and when I sit on the top one it feels comfortable. I have not lain down on it. Because this one has no back, it could be perpendicular to the wall like a twin bed rather than parallel. Picture shows lower mattress partially pulled out.
Seriously when I pictured this bed frame completed in my daughters room I thought it would be perfect for her and her friends when they slept over. Wow it would be if the girls were 5, not 14. Its so low to the ground and the trundle part is literally on the ground. Smh idk how I thought this was a good idea but now I know who to market it to on Facebook. Currently searching for way better.
Shes great. Shes amingly sturdy, which is perfect because I use my bed like its a step stool. The only thing I would note, get a wooden board for the bed because while she comes with metal bars to keep the mattress upright and doesnt let it shift around, having a wood board in between it makes all the comfy difference.
