Love this chair, great value for the money. Easy to put together, and the massage is great The only disappointing thing is the seam on the footrest has come undone after using it a little more than a month. Its like a tear. Doesnt affect functionality at all but its annoying.
The delivery. It was delivered as soon as i requested pn time. It was quick and easy to put together. Very comfortable for my neice who is recovering from back surgery.

Listen to the other reviews that say the leg lift is too short. It really is too short. The user is 5ft 5 inches and leg lift hit about mid calf.
Well this was suppose to be a Christmas gift. However it showed up a week early and my fiancé happen to be home soooo we put it together an tried it out! We got the brown leather, easy to assemble! It came in 2 boxs and actually on the same day. 2 cup holders, reclines and massages from the back, but and legs! It plugs into the wall so down have to replace batteries in the massage remote! Its perfect worth the money for sure. It rocks and rotate 360 easy to move around the house when in the upright position. I dont have any complaints about it. My fiancé loves it and hasnt moved since we put it together!! Hes 510 and 240lbs the chair lays back pretty far as well with plenty of support on the lower back!

Its hard to keep it in the recline position, but maybe its because its new.

Hard to put down foot rest
Its hard to put down the leg/foot support I would not have purchased if I had known. Other than that its a nice chair
