The chair overall is nice. Massage is not what this does, it vibrates and heat is so slight it cant really be felt. It rocks, it reclines but offers little for actual comfort. Also, out of the 2 I ordered I arrived damaged with the company offering only 20 as compensation. I would urge you to purchase in person at your local store rather than taking the change on inferior quality.
I had purchased this for my husband for a Christmas present but hes too tall for it, 62 165 lbs but it fits me perfectly Im 55 110lbs so I decided to keep this for me and went to scanand bought him one his size! Funny as I usually do not like recliners but I love this one and the leather is so smooth.
Recieved box B after a few days, took another week to get box A.
I bought this chair as a video game/ hangout chair for my office. Awesome thing is its alot of chair that can fit in a small space. Its suprisingly comfortable and Id definitely recommend.
My only real con would be its more of a vibration chair vs the description.

It is not often that a product exceeds expectations especially when it was relatively inexpensive. I was looking for a comfortable chair for my bedroom to watch TV in. Not only was this chair offered at a really good price but it had heat and massage built in. I was skeptical (e.g. you get what you pay for) but I figured even if those 2 things were gimmicks and did not work well, it was still a good price for a comfortable chair.
When the chair came, it was relatively easy to setup and when I sat in it, it was really comfortable (BTW, I am 61 and weigh 320 lbs so I am a big guy). Not only that but the massage function worked really well . The heat is nice but I wish it got just a little bit warmer.
As I said, for this price, this chair exceeded my expectations and I would certainly recommend it.
This is a wonderful chair for the cost! Im 70 years old and had no problems putting it together. Its a nice soft leather and all functions are great! The lumbar heat and massage are A+
I was not expecting such a nice chair for such a great price. I had been looking for a rocker recliner for a long time and bought this based on the large number of good reviews. A really nice bonus of the chair is the heat massage features. The only negative comment I have is the slow shipping. I bought a 4 piece recliner cover to keep the cat from digging his claws into it, and so far, so good.

Shipping was slow . One piece arrived then no word about when the second piece would arrive but all in all worth the price
