Overall comfortable, noise is not overly loud. Sits a bit low so all employees are 58 or taller so its bit to short for them. They still love it though
My children and I bought this chair for my husband for Fathers Day. It was very easy to put together. He loves it even thou hes only has sat in it for maybe one hour. He is always cold so I am hoping we can save money on heat bill. Lol hope it lasts for a long time.
I am really pleased overall. It is very comfortablehad a great night sleep. However I am 57 and my feet hang over except I have an ottoman that fits in line so it is not a problem. The chair moves at the right speed for positioning, is very sturdy, and looks stylish and well made. One could set it up alonebut I suggest having a helper as sliding in the back and wings can be tricky in alignment.
I bought this lift chair for my husband after bilateral knee replacement to assist him in getting out of the chair. He also used it in the fully reclined position to help him sleep. This chair was excellent in all ways as he was able to comfortably achieve both things. It is beautifully made, sturdy, and works as promised. He especially likes the dual control that allows him to raise the foot while in the upright position. We used another brand for my father and this is far superior in comfort and dual control features. Highly recommend this for all in need of assistive devices.
The chair requires 4 pieces to be assembled. Assembly means matching clearly labled numbers on mated pieces and slide/click these locking rails together. Remote is potentially a little confusing, for an elderly person to follow.
First chair failed the first time we directed it to lift to standing position. Actuator extended and stuck in extended position. replaced chair. Second one is flawless!

Good chair for price.
Disappointed in length of foot rest and wish it raised higher. Like the fabric that looks like leather. Seat not large but comfortable.
Best lift chair we have ever used!
