This chair was exactly what I wanted for my back yard. I was originally going to go with White, but I ended up going with Lime and I am glad that I did. Its just fun and adds a little somethingsomething to my yard. Shipping was great, I got them very quickly and in good shape. I also purchased one ottoman in the same color. The chair is very solid and sturdy and will most likely just live in my yard indefinitely (no plan to store them during the Winter).
What wasnt my favorite was putting it together. The first one, no problem. I got it together with minimal issue. But for some reason I really struggled with the second one. It kept folding in on itself before I could get the pin established. I was cursing and sweating in the heat and sun (my neighbors probably wondered what the heck was going on in my yard!) I finally got it together and it was fine.
My takeaway on the assembly: It would have been super easy with two people, with one person its harder. The assembly itself is really just unfolding the chair, making sure it is unfolded in the right position and then screwing in the pins, so its not like you actually have to put the chair together. Its the getting the chair to stay open while you get the pins in that I found tricky. Really, I only struggled with the one chair. The first one I got set up in a matter of minutes, so YMMV.
1st best written instructions I have seen.
2ndEasily assembled and everything labeled with part number
3rd Very good design for sturdiness combined with ability to fold.
4thBest value Ive seen for the dollar by far
We purchased four of these chairs. They are extremely comfortable and seem like they will last a long time, having made it through pollen, summer, and the rainy season still looking brand new. Assembling was mostly easy between the two of us. We had one or two bolts with a tight fit that took a some elbow grease, but otherwise pretty simple.
It takes two to assemble it unless you set aside half a day to finish it. Its easy once you get the knack of it. (we bought two of them) I bought these chairs because I saw a review by an artist in New York who painted hers for her studio. I fell in love with the color scheme she used. And I am in the process of duplicating it to some degree. I am still not done with it but its getting there. This chair is sturdy and solid. It folds up for winter storage. I have since seen these chairs already assembled at various stores where we live for three times the cost of this one. Im a happy camper.
Im around 300lbs and this chair seems to hold me. Plus it folds, makes it portable I like that.
Update: 72020
Used it about 56 times over the last two summers frame is starting to crack, apparently not really able to handle 300lbs of me long term.

Takes at least 3045 minutes to assemble but totally worth it. Comfy and a great price.
