Chair looks great. Has helped tremendously with getting my dad up and down, which has been the biggest chore. I love the massage feature, also. For anyone thats somewhat sedentary, it always feels good to get the muscles moving / if even minimally/ with the massage feature that spans from upper back to calves!
This could be great for the average person but it is especially helpful for those who need a little more help with their mobility.
My dad is 61 240lbs with terrible mobility. This chair has been great for him, not too small and is very comfortable. He gets confused and doesnt remember to use the heat or massage unless we are there but likes it when he does use the extra functionality. He has had this about six weeks so far with no issues.
Chair operated well for over one year then the remote control started working intermittently. The company replaced entire cable packaging without any charges or returns quickly. The electrical problem was in the remote cable. The company did right by me. To tell the truth I do not know how a chair of this quality can be manufactured and shipped with two/year warranty for such a low reasonable cost.
This recliner has been a godsend, since Ive had to sleep in a recliner after shoulder replacement surgery. We had an old LaZBoy with a manual lever, which was both too low and too stiff to be useful. It was extremely easy for my husband to put together, and though we were both skeptical of how sturdy it would be, since its not terribly heavy, but the motor is very quiet and the lift mechanism is excellent. Im also quite tall, long legged, and not a light weight. Id actually give it 5 stars for comfort if the footrest had a mechanism to extend it, as some recliners offer, and if the fabric covering, which is a kind of vinyl of pleather, didnt get a bit warm after youre in it for awhile. Since Im sleeping in it, spending hours against the pleather directly made me a bit too warm but using a throw to cover it has solved that. And it is quite comfortable. The recline mechanism can get to a practically completely prone position. I prefer to have my head elevated a bit, so I dont generally go back quite that far, but it is possible to do that. And initially having the option to elevate the chair was very helpful / gravity is not your friend directly after should replacement. All in all its useful, comfortable, and has fit the bill for my post/surgery needs. Its also attractive enough (opted for the cream color) that I could put it in any other room and it would fit in perfectly with virtually any furniture or decor style. The heat and massage function were an added bonus, thoughj I would prefer being able to use the heat function independently of the massage, which is not currently possible. The pockets are also very useful, and the arm rests are plush and comfortable. Given the price point, the features are comparable to those found on recliners costing much more.
I love this chair.Color brown /rich looking.
Both of my grown sons like it .
The negatives are massage when on is a little noisy at the head .Each section can be controlled So its just a matter of your preference.
Massage is great..The heat is at the lumbar are only.. most people need it there but so do knees ,legs.
All that said.I would recommend this chair
I have had mine for about one month. The color is a more orange red. I love the USB port plugs. The mechanics of going up down and out are working great. I needed it for my hip replacement so I have been sleeping in it for three weeks. And I have loved it. The seat isnt real cushy. But when reclined I dont noticed that. I am 5 ft 1. It fits me really well.
I have had this chair for about 4 days... This is my honest review. The color is great! It does have extra soft padding and appears to be sturdy (strong materials). It may be hard to see in the picture I uploaded. But, I am 54 and 165 lbs. The chair is perfect for me. But I imagine anyone larger may have complaints. It was relatively easy to assemble! I am a single/mom and basically inept at assembly, but I managed! Yay! And any questions I had were answered promptly...
My only complaint would be that there is no way to have heat without the massage feature. Some say there is with special trickery.. lol But, it did not work for me... Honestly, to me, the massage feature is more annoying (loud and vibrating) than therapeutic. I did not buy this for massage. It is a great chair otherwise. I also love the cup holders and pockets for all my stuff!

Great chair for the price.
My dad loves it.
Works well
The chair is comfortable and it reclines easily . It is easy to get out of also. The massager is sort of weak and makes a lot of noise unfortunately.
Excellent recliner for the money

Happy momma!!
Love everything about it! My mother is so happy to sit in comfort, get a little massage and be able to get out of a chair without pain.
The Price is right??
