When our two chaise lounges arrived we found them easy to assemble but soon realized the plastic caps for the front legs were missing on one chair. I emailed the company and received an immediate response and apology. They promptly shipped the missing caps (and some spares). I received the parts very quickly. We find the chairs comfortable for reclining but the backs will not raise to a verticle position as our old chairs did. We are satisfied with the quality and hope they hold up as they sit outside in the Florida sun 365 days a year. The style is very modern and pleasing. We think they look great!
Love this set!! Cannot get a better set for this price! Makes our pool look and feel like a resort! I love the easy fold and carry handles for easy storage! Nothing bad to say! I would order 100 times more!
Excellent product. If you get the angles of the shorts legs correct the first time it is relatively easy to assemble. No parts were missing. Not cheap, but very comfortable sturdy chaise lounges. Recommended.
I was looking for a couple of solid lounge chairs that werent going to break the bank and these did not disappoint! Use them everyday. Theyre very comfortable, solid and look great!
The price for chase loungers is absurd. Saying that we went with this one and its okay I guess. Looks good but not very sturdy. I weigh 215lbs and will not sit on it as I bet it would break. My wife and kids use it. Its okay but not a great product for your money

Looks beautiful on my deck. Blue cushion is a pretty color. Very comfortable. Wheels on the back make it easy to move around.
Assembling the short legs is tricky due to the pieces being angled - its easy to reverse the legs.
