When our two chaise lounges arrived we found them easy to assemble but soon realized the plastic caps for the front legs were missing on one chair. I emailed the company and received an immediate response and apology. They promptly shipped the missing caps (and some spares). I received the parts very quickly. We find the chairs comfortable for reclining but the backs will not raise to a verticle position as our old chairs did. We are satisfied with the quality and hope they hold up as they sit outside in the Florida sun 365 days a year. The style is very modern and pleasing. We think they look great!
