We purchased 2 of the brown wicker plastic weave chairs and after assembling the first chair I noticed that it was not supportive like other chairs we have used in the past. It got worse after letting the chair sit in the sun for a while. (see photo)
The plastic became softer, sagging and developed waives in appearance. I did not review the return policy before ordering and after several emails back and forth between and the Vendor was told that I would have to pay for shipping and there was a restocking fee of 15 to 20% or The vendor would send a prepaid label and I would pay for that with the restocking fee. It was cost prohibitive to return these so we kept them and will make do with the less than comfortable seating.
So if you order from this vendor you better plan on keeping what you get.
The sturdiness comfort are good.
The assembling was ridiculous. Not all the holes were pre-drilled in order to put a screw in so my husband literally had to drill holes to even assemble the item, which is absolutely ridiculous. And it wasnt even just one or two holes it was a total of 5.
So, buyer beware be ready to drill the holes yourself.

Super easy to put together but heavy duty. We did have an issue with the wind here in Texas. They got swept up so catches wind easily.

Defect
Each one of them had a defect on them
WE SHOULD BE MAKEING THEM IN THE USA.
Iam concerned with the aluminum wielding (hele-ark). The tacking looks to be not very well done. They are being used around our pool.
