We purchased 2 of the brown wicker plastic weave chairs and after assembling the first chair I noticed that it was not supportive like other chairs we have used in the past. It got worse after letting the chair sit in the sun for a while. (see photo)
The plastic became softer, sagging and developed waives in appearance. I did not review the return policy before ordering and after several emails back and forth between and the Vendor was told that I would have to pay for shipping and there was a restocking fee of 15 to 20% or The vendor would send a prepaid label and I would pay for that with the restocking fee. It was cost prohibitive to return these so we kept them and will make do with the less than comfortable seating.
So if you order from this vendor you better plan on keeping what you get.
