I really didnt think this could effectively replace the very old in my sleep/, but its great. You really cant feel the bar underneath, and the few people who have slept on it said it was comfortable and they got a good nights sleep.
I agree with reviewer (D. Schulte) this is definitely deceiving and do not meet the 4 advertisement. I just purchased a bed and wanted to totally replace my with this. But it served more as a matters topper for the original more than a replacement. It does have that feel to it but its nothing on the bed alone. Its better when used with the original . I went ahead an purchased due to the high stars but I didnt get what all of those people got.
Full disclosure; hasnt been slept on a full night yet. We inherited a in great condition from my sister in law after her recent move. I have no idea how old the other was so we just decided to toss it and get a new one. This seemed the best for the money and had the most positive reviews.
It is slightly smaller (width wise) so you have to be careful getting off and on the edge of the bed.

The description and tag on the bed state the size is a queen measuring 58x72. The actual measured size for the I received is 57x70. This was after laying the in the frame for six days without being used. That is a big difference when filling a bed frame. I will be returning.
The product arrived much faster than promised, which worked great for us (we had just finished with a wacky saga with a different seller/ online furniture site that sent us an incomplete product, then
casually told us they sold too many and couldnt fulfill the order, so we should pack it up for pickup/ return). I dont order much stuff online, but I thought we would give this a shot. Everything arrived nicely and even my 7/y.o. daughter could follow most of the instructions. We are possibly missing 1 screw, but could have just been misplaced. It did take many hours, as the directions advised against using power tools. I am considering putting some kind of reinforcement at the end areas of the upper bunks s, as I just get scared of someones foot slipping through at the end of a ( I still have to buy es, so this may not be an issue at all). All in all, we are very happy with the bed and the whole process.
